Accounts

When you create an account with us, you guarantee that you are above the age of 13, and that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Inaccurate, incomplete, or obsolete information may result in the immediate termination of your account on our Service.

Eligibility & Merchant Compliance

By creating a business account on our platform, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts under Indian law.
• You are authorized to represent the business, brand, or organization you register.
• Your business complies with all applicable Indian laws, including taxation, GST, consumer protection, and advertising regulations.
• You will ensure that all information submitted during onboarding (including KYC documents, GST details, business registration details, and identity proofs) is accurate and complete.

AI-Generated Content

Some features of the Service involve AI-generated suggestions, deal titles, descriptions, and promotional materials. StoreStreets does not guarantee the accuracy, legality, or suitability of AI-generated outputs. You are responsible for reviewing, modifying, and verifying all AI-generated content before publishing it.

Merchant Responsibilities

As a business user, you are solely responsible for all content, deals, offers, pricing, creatives, media files, and information you upload to the platform. You agree that:

• All deals, discounts, and promotional content you publish must be accurate, lawful, and not misleading.
• You will honor all deals and offers you create and publish through StoreStreets.
• You are responsible for product/service quality, order fulfillment, customer experience, and handling disputes with customers.
• You will not upload copyrighted material without permission, false MRP/pricing, or content that violates any laws.
• You are solely liable for any claims, losses, or legal actions arising from your published deals or customer interactions.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in prohibited behavior, including but not limited to:

• Creating fraudulent or deceptive deals
• Uploading false pricing, manipulated MRPs, or misleading offers
• Publishing copyrighted content without permission
• Circumventing payment systems or promoting off-platform purchases
• Interfering with platform security, attempting to access restricted areas, or injecting malicious code
• Using AI tools to generate unlawful or harmful content
• Spamming customers or engaging in unethical promotional practices

Deal Approval & Moderation Rights

StoreStreets reserves the right to review, approve, reject, or remove any deal, listing, content, or promotional material submitted by merchants. We may:

• Reject deals that are misleading, illegal, incomplete, or violate platform guidelines.
• Modify incorrect information such as deal titles, pricing formats, or spelling inconsistencies.
• Remove deals that receive fraud reports or violate consumer protection laws.
• Temporarily suspend deal visibility during quality or compliance checks.

These actions are taken at our sole discretion to ensure platform integrity and customer trust.

Payments, Billing & Subscription Terms

Certain features of the Service may require paid subscriptions. By subscribing, you agree that:

• All subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable unless required by law.
• Subscriptions may auto-renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
• You authorize StoreStreets and its payment partners to process recurring payments using your selected payment method.
• Failure to make timely payments may result in restricted access, suspension, or termination of your account.
• All applicable taxes, including GST, will be charged as per Indian regulations.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Crawling Bytes Technologies and its licensors.

User-Generated Content

By uploading content (including logos, images, videos, deal banners, product descriptions, or promotional materials), you confirm that:

• You own the rights or have obtained permission to use such content.
• You grant StoreStreets a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, display, store, reproduce, and modify such content for platform operations, marketing, and customer interactions.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring that your content does not infringe intellectual property rights or violate any laws.

Links to Other Websites

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Crawling Bytes Technologies. StoreStreets.com has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.

Indemnification

Platform Role

StoreStreets is a technology platform that enables businesses to create and promote deals. We do not own, control, or guarantee the quality, legality, pricing, or fulfillment of any deal created by merchants. The merchant is solely responsible for:

• Deal accuracy, pricing, and terms
• Delivery of products/services
• Customer support and dispute resolution
• Compliance with applicable laws

StoreStreets does not become a party to any transaction between merchants and customers.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Crawling Bytes Technologies, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use the Service.

Disclaimer

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

Changes
