Cancellation and Refund Policy

This Cancellation and Refund Policy ("Policy") outlines the terms and conditions for cancellation of subscriptions and eligibility for refunds for services provided by StoreStreets.com ("StoreStreets", "we", "us", or "our"), a product of Crawling Bytes Technologies. By subscribing to any of our services, users ("you", "user") agree to this Policy in full.

Nature of Service

StoreStreets.com is a subscription-based Software as a Service (SaaS) platform developed by Crawling Bytes Technologies. It is designed for local retailers and businesses seeking AI-powered marketing automation, intelligent deal generation, customer engagement, and hyperlocal promotion solutions. The platform provides access to various tools and services through subscription plans.

Subscription Plans

StoreStreets.com offers the following subscription plans:

  • Monthly Plan: Auto-renewed every month from the date of subscription.
  • Yearly Plan: Auto-renewed annually from the date of subscription.

All charges are billed in advance and are non-refundable as detailed below.

Auto-Renewal Consent

By subscribing to any plan, you authorize StoreStreets.com to automatically renew your subscription at the end of each billing cycle using your saved payment method. Renewal charges will be processed without requiring additional authorization unless you disable auto-renewal before the next billing date. StoreStreets.com is not responsible for failed cancellations due to outdated or invalid payment information.

Currency & Taxes

All subscription fees are charged in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes will be added to the final billing amount as per Indian tax regulations.

Free Trials

StoreStreets.com does not offer any free trial or introductory trial period. All subscriptions are considered active from the moment of payment confirmation.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.

  • Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle (monthly or yearly, depending on your subscription).
  • Users will retain access to paid services until the end of the current billing period.
  • No further charges will be applied after the subscription period ends.
  • StoreStreets.com does not provide cancellation via phone or email requests. All cancellations must be completed through the platform’s billing settings.
Reactivation After Cancellation

If you cancel your subscription and later choose to return, you may reactivate your account at the then-current subscription pricing. Previous pricing or discounts will not be honored.

Refund Policy

All payments made to StoreStreets.com are non-refundable. This includes:

  • Full or partial months/years of unused service.
  • Subscription downgrades.
  • Failure to cancel before the next billing cycle.
  • No exceptions will be made for refund requests based on user inactivity, dissatisfaction, or forgetting to cancel the subscription.
AI Feature Usage

Credits, tokens, or access to AI-powered tools included in your subscription are non-refundable and expire at the end of each billing cycle. Unused AI generation capacity or features cannot be carried forward or refunded.

Promotional Pricing

Discounts, promotional pricing, coupon codes, or limited-time offers applied during subscription purchase are non-transferable and non-refundable. If the promotional pricing ends, the subscription will renew at the standard price.

Billing Errors and Disputes

If you believe you have been incorrectly charged, you must contact our support team within 7 days of the transaction. StoreStreets.com will investigate the claim and, if an error is found, will issue a corrective refund or credit.

We do not entertain disputes raised after the 7-day window.

Payment Method Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that your selected payment method remains valid and up-to-date. StoreStreets.com is not responsible for failed renewal attempts due to expired cards, insufficient funds, or payment gateway errors. Failed payments may result in temporary suspension of your subscription.

Chargebacks

Unauthorized chargeback requests submitted to your bank or payment provider may result in immediate account suspension. Any chargebacks determined to be fraudulent or invalid will be reversed, and all outstanding dues must be settled before restoring access.

Exceptional Circumstances

Refund requests due to billing fraud, duplicate transactions, or system errors may be considered on a case-by-case basis and must be supported by relevant documentation. Approval remains at the sole discretion of StoreStreets.com (Crawling Bytes Technologies).

Service Downtime & Interruptions

Temporary interruptions, technical issues, system maintenance, or service downtime do not qualify users for refunds or extensions. StoreStreets.com will make reasonable efforts to restore service promptly but is not liable for losses arising from downtime.

Changes to Subscription Plans

You may upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan at any time. Changes will take effect as follows:

  • Upgrades: Immediately upon payment.
  • Downgrades: From the next billing cycle.
  • No prorated refunds will be provided for downgrades.
Termination by StoreStreets.com

StoreStreets.com (Crawling Bytes Technologies) reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts at any time due to violation of our Terms of Service, including misuse of the platform, fraudulent activity, or breach of payment terms.

No refund will be issued in such cases.

Misuse of Platform

No refunds will be issued for accounts suspended or restricted due to misuse of the platform, including fraudulent activity, creation of misleading deals, unauthorized access, abuse of AI features, or violation of our Terms of Service.
